"Good steaks, but the menu feels a little limited"
I was expecting a few more choices from a place like this. The steaks were fine, so it’s not like the food was bad, but if you’re not in the mood for steak or seafood, the menu kind of leaves you hanging. Even the sides felt a bit too similar. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it does feel like they could offer a little more variety.

"Pricey, but worth it"
I’ll be honest, the price felt a little ridiculous at first, but after using it, I actually think it was worth it. It feels like you’re paying for quality, and I’m not mad about it.

"Handled a busy night really well"
I went to The Capital Grille on a packed night and figured we’d be waiting forever, but that wasn’t the case at all. We checked in a little early and only waited about 10 minutes, which surprised me. The host was friendly, kept things moving, and our table was ready quickly. If they can handle a busy night that smoothly, I’d assume they’re well organized most of the time. It made the whole dinner start off on a good note. 5 stars just for not making us stand around forever

"Desserts Worth Coming Back For"
Stopped by The Capital Grille with my family after dinner, how can you go wrong with dessert like that? I ordered the cheesecake, and it was so creamy without being too heavy. My wife got the chocolate cake, and did I keep sneaking bites? Absolutely. It was rich in the best way, and the slice was bigger than I expected. The service was really nice too, but let’s be real, the desserts were the highlight. Would I go back just for them? No question. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Fresh seafood and a solid meal overall"
I stopped in here after running a couple errands nearby, not really planning on seafood, but I’m glad I went for it. The seafood tasted really fresh and everything was cooked just right, especially the lobster and scallops. The portions felt fair too, which I always pay attention to because I hate leaving hungry. Nothing had that fishy taste or felt overdone, so overall I was happy with the meal

"Dependable choice when traveling"
I’ve been to The Capital Grille in a few different cities now, that consistency is what keeps me coming back. When I’m traveling, I don’t always want to take a chance on a random dinner spot, especially if it’s for a nicer meal. The layout, service, and food all feel familiar in a good way, so I pretty much know what I’m getting. Booking through the site has always been easy too. It’s just a reliable option where I don’t feel like I’m gambling on quality from one location to another.

"I’d Come Back for the Mashed Potatoes Alone"
The sides were the highlight for me, especially the mashed potatoes. They came out hot and fresh, and they actually had flavor, which I really appreciate because I can’t stand bland mashed potatoes. I’d seriously go back just to get those again

"The place has a nice vibe overall…"
The place has a nice vibe overall — dark, classy, and definitely more of a business dinner spot than somewhere I’d go for a chill night out. At first I liked how quiet it was, but after a while it started to feel a little too serious for my taste. The tables are also close enough that you can hear other people’s conversations, which kind of takes away from it. It’s not bad at all, just a bit hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for. If you want something formal, it works, but I wouldn’t come here just for the atmosphere.

"Management Never Got Back to Me!!!"
The food was fine, no big complaints there!!! But trying to deal with management was really frustrating!!! I had a small issue with my bill, left my info, and was told someone would follow up... but nobody ever did!!! I called again and just got passed around, which made it even more annoying!!! For a place like this, I really expected better customer service!!!

"Shockingly Easy to Book"
Booked a table online in about 2 minutes, which was almost suspiciously convenient. The confirmation came through right away, and when I needed to change the time, it somehow wasn’t a dramatic life event. Smooth overall

"Our server was so attentive I was starting…"
Our server was so attentive I was starting to wonder if they had a sixth sense. Drinks were refilled basically the second we even thought about needing more, but somehow they never hovered or interrupted too much. They checked in at exactly the right moments and made the whole dinner feel super easy and relaxed. I’m not saying they saved the night, but also… kind of? Definitely would go back
